After researching on the actual needs of society, based on our previous work, and taking into consideration the remarks of the evaluation committee on the previous application as well as the priorities of the programme and this call, we created our 2016 working plan. It includes a wide range of activities, less in number compared to last year, but more focused and efficient. Overall our plan consists of the following types of activities: - Promoting active participation and citizenship, stimulating youth to take action to influence EU policies (debates and discussion platforms, proposing EU good practices in other continents) - Fostering cooperation between the youth sector, public authorities and other stakeholders of the society (joint activities for recognition of Non Formal Learning, cooperation in community development and social cohesion, working hand in hand for youth policies) - Youth information and documentation (all the activities produce tools for dissemination, but more specifically, monthly newsletter, annual report 2015, action plan 2017, digital library, NGO map, online dissemination tools) - Empowering members of our ENGO and youth organizations in general, by training, supporting, and fostering the quality of youth work (accreditation process support, bank of skills, fundraising opportunities, exchange of youth workers, EVS management tips, deadline coordination point) - Empowering young people (contests, online skills academy) - Favouring the recognition and transparency of non formal learning (sharing and publishing best practices, enhancing cooperation between formal and non formal education) - Promoting the role of international mobility, also as an instrument to boost employability (ToT and traning manual, campaign for Youth mobility) - Promoting E+ and other opportunities for youth NGOs (Info days and dissemination of this information, using digital tools for promotion) - statutory meetings and internal preparation meetings.
